SailPoint recently announced Unified Platform Access (UAP), an evolution of its Technology Alliance Partner Program that enables technology partners to build directly on the SailPoint platform.

Redblock is proud to be part of the inaugural group of launch partners.

SailPoint described UAP as a way for partners to move "well beyond basic integrations" by creating deeper platform experiences and native capabilities that extend the value of SailPoint’s identity security platform.

As identity environments continue to expand, organizations need more than disconnected tools and custom integrations. They need an ecosystem where specialized solutions can work alongside their existing identity investments.

Unified Platform Access creates that foundation — enabling partners to innovate within the SailPoint ecosystem while helping joint customers solve complex identity challenges faster.

SailPoint Unified Platform Access

Why Redblock Joined as a Launch Partner

Redblock’s focus has always been helping organizations extend identity governance and execution into applications and systems that are difficult to manage through traditional approaches.

Many identity teams already have strong governance processes, policies, and approval workflows. The challenge is extending those controls consistently across the broader enterprise — especially across applications that lack mature integrations, require manual processes, or sit outside traditional identity coverage.

By building alongside SailPoint, Redblock helps customers expand identity coverage while keeping SailPoint at the center of identity decision-making.

Redblock’s execution layer sits between SailPoint and hundreds of enterprise applications.

Building on an Existing Foundation

While Unified Platform Access represents an important new step in the SailPoint ecosystem, this collaboration builds on work Redblock has already been doing with SailPoint.

Two examples are our 1-click deployment capabilities and our application-first approach to IGA migration.

Accelerating SailPoint Deployment with 1-Click Deployment

Earlier this year, we introduced 1-click deployment into SailPoint to remove one of the biggest sources of friction in identity execution: setup time.

The idea came directly from a customer question:

"If Redblock AI Agents complete a JML change in under 5 minutes, why should it take an hour to set up the agent in SailPoint?"

That question highlighted an important reality: identity automation only creates value when teams can quickly move from implementation to execution.

To solve this, Redblock integrated directly with SailPoint APIs to automate setup and configuration. With 1-click deployment, customers can quickly deploy a Redblock agent as a SailPoint source and begin extending identity coverage without lengthy manual configuration.

Accelerating IGA Migration by Starting with Applications

Another major challenge identity teams face is migrating to a new IGA platform.

Most IGA migrations follow a familiar pattern: select a platform, define the architecture, configure the environment, and then begin onboarding applications.

The challenge is that application onboarding often becomes the hidden critical path.

Every application introduces its own identity model. Some have mature APIs and connectors. Others rely on CSV exports, manual processes, or administrative interfaces that were never designed for modern identity governance.

Redblock enables organizations to take an application-first approach by preparing the application estate earlier in the migration journey.

Redblock helps organizations:

  • Discover and normalize account and entitlement data across applications
  • Prepare applications that lack traditional connectors or clean APIs
  • Automate identity lifecycle actions across difficult-to-integrate systems
  • Validate outcomes and capture audit-ready evidence

By running application readiness work in parallel with IGA selection and configuration, organizations gain earlier visibility into their application landscape and reduce the risk of late migration surprises.

Application onboarding dominates the migration timeline.

Governance First. Execution at Scale.

A core principle behind our SailPoint integration strategy is simple: governance and execution work together.

SailPoint provides the control plane for identity governance — managing policies, approvals, certifications, and access decisions.

Redblock provides the execution layer that helps turn those decisions into action across applications that are traditionally difficult to automate.

Together, this approach helps organizations extend identity security beyond the systems that are easiest to manage and into the applications where risk often remains.

Looking Ahead

The launch of Unified Platform Access represents an important milestone for the SailPoint ecosystem and the broader identity security market.

As organizations continue to expand their application landscape and face increasingly complex identity challenges, deeper collaboration between platform providers and technology partners becomes increasingly important.

We are excited to be part of SailPoint’s inaugural Unified Platform Access program and look forward to continuing to build capabilities that help joint customers accelerate deployment, expand identity coverage, and operationalize identity security across more of their environment.

The future of identity security will require strong platforms, specialized capabilities, and deeper collaboration across the ecosystem.

We are excited to help build that future alongside SailPoint.
